    • Terms and Conditions

      1. Super Pass holders are required to present their super pass confirmation email along with a valid ID to the driver upon boarding the coach as a security check. The driver will screen to ensure that the name and contact information on the confirmation email matches the name and info on the ID. Pass holders that do not have their confirmation email or have names that do not match their ID will not be permitted on the bus.  
      2. Super Passe(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and licensed to the valid Super Pass holder only. Name changes and/or allowing another person to utilize your pass is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the violator’s Super Pass eligibility without refund.
      3. If you can no longer travel on a trip you have booked, please remember to cancel your reservation as far in advance as possible. Repeated ‘no-shows’ may risk having their pass suspended.
      4. The Super Pass is valid on one round-trip between Vancouver and Whistler per day for the duration of the published Skylynx Winter Season. 
      5. The Super Pass is valid for pick-up(s) and drop-off(s) between Downtown Vancouver to Squamish and Whistler only (not valid to/from the airport).
      6. Should your Super Pass be suspended. Call the Skylynx Call Centre or email us with a Super Pass Reactivation Request to reactivate pass. 
      7. Super Passe(s) are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person, or to another Super Pass holder. A refund may be issued under extenuating circumstances such as a force majeure. All cancellations are subject to the discretion and approval of YVR Skylynx and we reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Requests due to weather or snow conditions will not be accepted. No exceptions.
